Refugee Caseworker
Catholic Charities seeks a caseworker to serve as an employment specialist for refugees. Bilingual preferred English /Arabic or English /Kinyarwanda or willing to work with interpreters; Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience preferred.
Ombudsman Volunteer Coordinator
Catholic Charities — responsible for the recruitment, retention, and direct supervision of the Long-Term Care Ombudsman Program volunteers within nine of eleven counties of the Diocese of Rockford. A Bachelor’s degree and related experience preferred.
Community Ombudsman
Catholic Charities seeks an advocate for adults in long term care who is highly motivated, caring, compassionate, and has excellent communication skills. Knowledge of the long-term care system and community resources is preferred. A Bachelor’s degree and related experience preferred.
English Instructor-- (Aurora)
An experienced instructor in English for the 2021–2022 Academic Year.
Director, Life and Family Evangelization Office-- (Rockford)
A ministerial role as a Diocesan resource on the pastoral care of the family and related topics such as marriage preparation and enrichment, life and dignity issues and natural family planning.

Professional Counselor
Catholic Charities seeks a full-time position for a Master’s level — preferably licensed—counselor or social worker who can provide services in our Catholic grade school and community counseling programs.

Catholic Charities — provide administrative support to Ombudsman Program staff and in the daily operation of the office; experience in Excel and Microsoft programs preferred.

20-25 hours per week (average). A college degree or 5 years work experience in similar field, knowledge of basic accounting principles and Quickbooks required.
Director/Coordinator of Music & Liturgy (part-time)-- (Sterling)
Part-time Director/Coordinator of Music & Liturgy.
Accompanist (part-time) -- (Hampshire)
A part time pianist and/or organist to accompany the adult choir, as well as play for various other Masses throughout the year.
