ROCKFORD—Editing is underway for Chosen (Custody of the Eyes) — a collaborative film made with and focused on the Poor Clare Colettine nuns in Rockford.

Contributors can select a gift, such as a Job’s tears rosary handmade by the Poor Clares with seeds grown within their enclosure, a framed photograph of life in the Corpus Christi Monastery, or a DVD of the finished film.

Contributors can also elect to make a tax-deductible donation.

The film is a companion to the One Diocese, One Book selection by Abbie Reese, “Dedicated to God,” which is an oral history of the Rockford Poor Clares published by Oxford University Press.
