ROCKFORD—The installation of officers and a potluck supper completed the spring season in May for the Rockford Deanery Council of Catholic Women.

Father Kenneth Stachyra, Spiritual Advisor, installed Nancy Farrell, Holy Family, Rockford, president; Paula Black, St. Mary, Pecatonica, vice-president; Jeanette Gawronski, Church of the Holy Spirit, Roscoe, secretary; and Carol Cox, also from Holy Spirit, treasurer.

The deanery council is promoting a diocesan wide retreat for women at Bishop Lane Retreat Center June 26 and 27.

The group will hold a school supply drive this summer, help the Diocesan CCW with the Living Rosary Aug. 16, sponsor an Ecumenical Brunch with Lutheran women Oct. 3, and an awards dinner early next year.
