ROCKFORD—La Promesse 2015, the Catholic Women’s League annual fundraiser, will remember crooner Frank Sinatra with an Italian-style luncheon and desserts.

Singer Ed Franks will bring favorite Sinatra songs to life during the gathering at Giovanni’s, 610 N. Bell School Road, here Sept. 16.

Reservations, which must be made by Sept. 11, are $35 per person.

Lunch-goers can also take part in the “Fly You to the Moon” basket raffle and silent auction. It isn’t necessary to be a member of CWL to attend.
