Parishes, schools and Catholic organizations planning socially-distanced and online Lent activities may submit them now.
Please tell us of your Lent retreats, parish missions, Stations of the Cross, and other non-sacramental services. We will also share information about carry-out or pick-up meals that follow guidelines from the diocese and your county health department.

Holy Cross
Communal prayer and talk: 7 p.m. Sundays in Lent. Limited seating. Feb. 28, Peace with God; March 7, Peace with Ourselves; March 14, Peace with Our Neighbor; March 21, Peace with Life. Sign up through the parish website. The mission talk will also be available on the parish website from the Sunday it first is posted through the following Sunday morning. 
Fish fry to go: 4:30-7 p.m. Knights of Columbus Hall, 1117 N. Washington Ave. Fridays through March 26. Cost: $14.50 per person for cod and included sides; $8 fried shrimp; $4 New England clam chowder; $3.50 apple pie slice. Orders must be placed by noon Wednesday. Feb. 17
Online retreat: St. Patrick Parish is creating and producing an online Lenten Retreat to begin Feb. 17.  The "Catching Fire Retreat" will consist of daily videos that teach, guide, and lead individuals on their Lenten journey. Each week will focus on a new topic. On Sundays there will be a 20-30 minute "Ignition Talk" and throughout the week parishioners will be giving "Spark Talk" reflections on the week's theme, with a guided meditation with music on Wednesdays.
