Catholic High Schools Offer Scholarship Exams

AURORA—Catholic high schools located in Aurora will hold scholarship-qualifying exams during the month of December. Exams are open to all current 8th-grade students and will determine which students will receive scholarships based on academic merit. 
 
These exams do not require a study guide or practice beforehand. Calculators will not be required nor permitted.
 
Results are meant to gauge each student’s current academic level, and will also assist in the selection of academically appropriate classes for each student. 
 
Check with each school for specific details. Masks will be required at all exams.
 
n Aurora Central Catholic High School: Dec. 4 from 8 a.m. to noon. This will be the only scholarship-qualifying exam offered. A $30 fee will be due in advance. Register at auroracentral.com
 
n Rosary High School: Dec. 4 at 9 a.m. This will be the only scholarship-qualifying exam offered. A $35 fee ($36 if online) will be due in advance. The fee will increase to $45/$46 after Nov. 27. Register at rosaryhs.com/admissions
 
n Marmion Academy: Dec. 4. This will be the only scholarship-qualifying exam offered. 16 merit-based scholarships will be available. Create an online account and register at marmion.org/admissions
