DIOCESE—The “One in Christ” National Appeal is scheduled to be taken up in parishes across the Rockford Diocese during the weekend of Jan. 15-16.

 

This first of three combined appeals for 2022 will include four national collections as well as two diocesan collections. 

 

Parishioners are given the option for their donation to benefit one or more particular collections or to be distributed according to the Bishop of Rockford’s discretion.

 

The individual collections that are included in this combined collection are: the Retirement Fund for Religious; the Catholic Communications Campaign; the Catholic Campaign for Human Development; Catholic University of America; diocesan Catholic elementary schools and the diocesan priests’ pension.
