ROCKFORD—On July 1, around 50-60 people gathered to protest in front of a former chiropractic business at 611 Auburn St. in Rockford. 

 

The building was purchased by the physician who previously provided abortions in Rockford at the former Turner School, now a police station on 11th St. 

 

At the moment, signs on the building state that the building is condemned and under a ‘Stop Work’ order.

 

The previous abortuary was shut down by the health department. Additional protests are being planned.
