ROCKFORD—The 24th annual Ecumenical Benefit Brunch will be held Oct. 1 at the St. Bernadette Parish Hall, 2400 Bell Ave. Registration is at 8:30 a.m. and brunch starts at 9 a.m.

 

The brunch is co-sponsored by the Rockford Deanery Council of Catholic Women and the North Conference of Northern Illinois Synod Women of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America. 

 

Nick Parnello will speak on the Operation Fallen Flags and LZ Wings for Veterans projects. A silent auction will raise money for Operation Fallen Flags. 

 

The brunch menu includes quiches, cheesy potatoes, meats, fruit, yogurt, juice and coffee. Gluten-free and vegetarian options are available. 

 

The cost is $15/person. All men and women are invited to attend. Reservations and checks are due by Sept. 23. Find registrations at all deanery parish offices.
