Cookie sale Dec. 9 -- The Altar and Rosary Society at St. Andrew Parish will hold a cookie sale Dec. 9 at St. Andrew School, 701 11th Ave. Will be in the school gym, 8 a.m.-1 p.m., and the cafeteria, 5-7 p.m. Mix and match cookies for $7/baker’s dozen (13).

Bake and book sale Dec. 8 -- Ascension Living St. Anne Place’s bake and book sale returns Dec. 8, 8 a.m.-1 p.m., at 4405 Highcrest Rd. Donations may be dropped off at the front reception desk; books are welcome before Dec. 7 and baked goods drop-off is Dec. 7, 8 a.m.-4 p.m. Food must be wrapped securely and not need refrigeration. Sponsored by the St. Anne Auxiliary.

Holiday market for St. Mary School Dec. 9 -- St. Mary School’s Home and School Association will host a holiday market Dec. 9, 10 a.m.-3 p.m., in the school gym, 320 Lincoln Ave. Crafts and baked goods by over 25 makers, raffles and live music. “Ugly sweater” contest at noon. Bring a food pantry donation to enter the raffle. Free admission.
