Abbey Farms Host Summer Fun for Kids

AURORA—Three age-specific classes and Farmtastic Fridays are open for registration at Abbey Farms, 2855 Hart Road, here.

Farmtastic Friday is open to all children, kindergarten through fifth grade, 9-11:30 a.m. From the Jumping Pillow and Zipline to the MegaDrop Slide and Tractor Tire Mountain, there is fun to enjoy around every corner.

Registration is $20 per child or $15 each for those registered for a 2017 summer camp. Farmtastic Fridays will be June 16, 23 and 30.

Classes, which are $110 per child, are:

n Art Time on the Farm — kindergarten-second grade, June 12 - 15. Children will experiment with a variety of arts.

n Stimulating STEM — second-fourth grade, June 19 - 22: Students will work on Alka-Seltzer rockets, an egg-drop engineering challenge, and more.

n Fun Food Science — third-fifth grade, June 26 - 29. Campers will discover the basics of nutrition and kitchen fundamentals.

Campers receive a healthy snack each morning, along with structured playtime on Abbey Farms' many attractions.
