Still Time to Join a Life Chain
October 3, 2019
DIOCESE—Kicking off Pro-Life Month in the Rockford Diocese, parishes are planning to hold annual Life Chains, along with some opportunities to pray the rosary in public. Most will be held Oct. 6.
Life Chains provide a peaceful and prayerful public witness.
Diocesan participants stand with thousands across the country in honor of millions of babies whose lives have been lost to abortion, and to pray for people in crisis situations and for our nation.
No sign-up is required to take part in a Life Chain. Just pick one near you and join the prayers. Some may want to bring lawn chairs if standing for an hour is difficult.
