Rockford Poster Contest Draws Focus to Christ in Christmas

ROCKFORD—The Knights of Columbus Council #13123 at Holy Family Parish held its first poster contest with the theme “Keep Christ in Christmas.”

Judges for the contest included Knights of Columbus Mark Funfsinn and Dennis Fermanich.

Thirty-nine students from Holy Family School entered handmade drawings and paintings which were later displayed in St. Gabriel Hall. Several first- and second-place awards, as well as honorable mentions, were awarded to 12 students.
