‘Miracle Hunter’ Series Begins a Second Season

ROCKFORD—Michael O’Neill, a member of Holy Family Parish in Rockford, began a spiritual journey in March as the “Miracle Hunter” in the new travel series “Explore with the Miracle Hunter,” airing on EWTN television.
 
On Nov. 12, the show began its second season. New episodes will air weekly on EWTN on Saturdays at 5 p.m. through Jan. 7. The half-hour episodes will also be available to rent or purchase online on EWTN at https://ondemand.ewtn.com/paid/Home/Series/catalog/video/en/explore-with-the-miracle-hunter.
 
The program, made up of 30-minute episodes, combines dramatic drone shots and beautiful on-location filming with high-end re-creations of famous miracles. The upcoming available episodes are: 
 
�–� “Rome:” Nov. 19, 5 p.m. — Explores two Marian apparitions, one connected to the Basilica of St. Mary Major and one connected to a dramatic conversion. 
 
�–� “Genazzano:” Nov. 26, 5 p.m. — Explores a 1467 image that appeared when a fresco of the Virgin Mary and Christ Child descended from the clouds. 
 
�–� “Pontmain:” Dec. 3, 5 p.m. — Explores when Our Lady of Hope appeared to farmer children. 
 
�–� “Pompeii:” Dec. 10, 5 p.m. — Explores the life of Bl. Bartolo Longo, the “Apostle of the Rosary” who performed many miracles. 
 
�–� “Beauraing:” Dec. 31, 5 p.m. — Explores the 33 appearances of the Virgin with the Golden Heart to five children on the playground of a school. 
 
�–� “Trefontane:” Jan. 7, 5 p.m. — Explores the Marian vision “Virgin of Revelation,” which converted a man who planned to assassinate the Pope.
