GENEVA—The St. Peter Community Food Pantry (at St. Peter Parish) is celebrating 40 years of service to the community since its founding in May 1983.

 

Throughout the years, the pantry has grown from serving 35 families each month to over 300 families per month. 

 

The pantry opens on the second and fourth Wednesdays of each month from 8-11 a.m. and 5:30-7 p.m.

 

Donations are always welcome; non-perishable food may be left in the bin outside of the food pantry on the west side of the parish center. Collection boxes are also placed at the east and west entrances of the church at 1891 Kaneville Rd.
